Who we are
Dingsheng E-commerce Co., Limited is a direct-to-consumer online boutique specialising in women's handbags and accessories. We are a team of 34 people working out of Hong Kong and mainland China, and we have been shipping orders to customers since 2024.
What we sell
- Tote bags — structured and soft-top shapes sized for laptops, documents and everyday carry.
- Crossbody bags — compact hands-free shapes with adjustable or chain straps.
- Shoulder bags — everyday shapes with fixed or adjustable straps, sized from compact satchels up to full carry.
Materials used across the range include full-grain leather and PU. The exact composition of each piece is stated on its product page — please check there rather than assuming a material from a photograph.
How we work
Quality checks
Each order is inspected before dispatch: stitching and seams, zip and clasp action, lining, hardware finish, and surface condition. Items that fail are pulled from stock rather than downgraded into an order.
Fulfilment
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Georgia, United States. We ship with USPS. Full timelines, costs and customs notes are set out in our Shipping Policy.
If something is wrong
Returns, exchanges and damage claims are handled under our Return Policy. Message our team on WhatsApp with your order number and photographs, and we will reply within 24 hours.
What we commit to
- Accurate descriptions, including material, dimensions and weight, so you can judge scale before ordering.
- Photographs of the actual product, not renders or heavily retouched images.
- A stated dispatch time and tracking on every parcel.
- No hidden charges at checkout — import duties and taxes are already inside the price.
- A WhatsApp number and an email address that a human actually reads.
Where we ship
We deliver to most countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Restricted destinations and current delivery windows are listed in the Shipping Policy.
